xmlsh 0.1.0.3 released with try/catch/finally

I have just released (posted to sourceforge) xmlsh release 0.1.0.3.
This release implements a java-like try/catch/finally/throw syntax.

    FYI: D's Scope Guards (http://www.digitalmars.com/d/2.0/statement.html#ScopeGuardStatement) are an interesting alternative to try/catch/finally.
